These Terms set out the conditions for using “Solfe”, the learning app provided by Regnition Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) (the “App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Accounts)
- You can use the App as a guest without creating an account.
- Signing in with Google, Apple, or an email address is required to carry over a Creatone membership subscription, to purchase Solfe Pro, and to transfer your learning records when you change devices. If you delete the App while using it as a guest, your learning records cannot be restored.
- Your App account shares an account platform with “Creatone”, which we operate. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- You must not let any third party use your account.
Article 2 (Paid Plan)
- Some features of the App are provided through the paid plan “Solfe Pro” (a monthly or yearly subscription). Prices are as displayed on the App Store or Google Play.
- If you use the App for free, there is a limit on the number of sessions you can start per day. The limit is shown in the App, and we may change it with prior notice.
- Payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase or Google Play’s billing system. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- To cancel, on iPhone use your App Store account settings (Manage Subscriptions); on Android use “Subscriptions” in Google Play. Actions within our App do not cancel your subscription.
- If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
- Refunds, including pro-rated refunds, are not given except as provided by Apple or Google.
- Users with an active Creatone subscription are given features equivalent to Solfe Pro at no additional charge. This benefit follows the status of the Creatone subscription, and we may change it with prior notice.
Article 3 (Intellectual Property)
The rights to the App and its content, including questions, explanations, and sheet music, belong to us or the rightful owners. Copying, reposting, or distributing beyond the scope of private use is prohibited.
Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise analyzing the App
- Unauthorized access or interfering with the operation of the App
- Copying, reposting, or redistributing content without permission
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Article 5 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination)
We may change the content of the App or suspend or end its provision with prior notice to users. In urgent and unavoidable cases, we may do so without prior notice.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
- We take reasonable care regarding the accuracy and completeness of the App’s content, but we do not guarantee it.
- Answers generated by the App’s AI learning support feature are a learning aid, and their accuracy is not guaranteed. If an answer differs from the explanation of the question, please treat the explanation as correct. When using this feature, do not enter information that can identify a person or confidential information of others.
- We are not liable for any damage you suffer from using or being unable to use the App, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence. Even where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid us in the most recent 12 months.
Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)
We may change these Terms as necessary. If we make important changes, we will let you know in the App or on this page. If you continue to use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Saitama District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
